After sending the MIT AI report in my last newsletter, several subscribers reached out with the same question:

“Where do I even begin with this?”

That’s the real issue.

Not intelligence.
Not tools.
Not access.

Most business owners already have access to powerful AI systems.

What they don’t have is structure.

Right now, many people are:

  • randomly testing prompts

  • bouncing between tools

  • watching YouTube videos

  • buying software they never fully use

And after all that…
they still don’t have a predictable system.

That’s because AI only becomes valuable when it is attached to:

  • lead generation

  • communication

  • follow-up

  • customer education

  • automation

  • content distribution

  • conversion

In other words:
AI is not magic.

It’s infrastructure.

Over the past several months, I’ve been studying a program that approaches AI differently.

Not from the perspective of “cool tools.”

But from the perspective of:

“How does this actually improve a business?”

That distinction matters.

The businesses that thrive over the next 3–5 years likely won’t be the ones using the most AI.

They’ll be the ones using it with:

  • clarity

  • systems

  • sequence

  • consistency

That’s where things become interesting.

In the next newsletter, I’ll show you one specific area where AI is already changing business operations dramatically especially for smaller independent businesses.

My very best to you,
Pat Felice
